About J'aime

I am an educator, somatic practitioner, and creative guide whose work centers on integration, embodied listening, and ethical practice. With a background in education, yoga, and years of lived experience across cultures, my approach bridges structured learning with relational, body-based inquiry.

My work is informed by supporting post-ceremony and post-intensive integration, with a focus on nervous system regulation, pacing, and long-term sustainability rather than peak states or performative wellness. I am attentive to consent, capacity, and the quiet intelligence of the body.

Creativity—through visual art and writing—is woven into my process as a form of nourishment and integration, not output or productivity.

Portal de J’aime emerged from a desire to create slower, clearer containers where experience can be metabolized into understanding. My role is not to heal or lead from authority, but to hold grounded and thoughtful spaces where learning and integration unfold over time. I am in the process of creating a small, ethical, international teaching and integration-based business centered on somatic listening, integration, and grounded practice—rather than performance-based wellness, spectacle, or extractive spiritual models.
